Xiaomi’s sub-brand Poco launched its budget-friendly smartphone Poco M6 Pro 5G model on August 5. It was stated that the device, which first went on sale on August 9, was sold out in just 15 minutes. M6 Pro 5G, which has a very attractive price tag of $135, is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 4 Gen 2.
When will the Poco M6 Pro 5G be available worldwide?
Poco M6 Pro 5G comes with a 6.79-inch FHD+ display with a refresh rate of 90Hz. The device is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 chipset. It also comes with two different RAM/storage options: 4GB/64GB and 6GB/128GB.
It starts at $135 for the 4GB/64GB variant and goes up to $155 for the 6GB/128GB model. There are two color options, Power Black and Forest Green. It should be noted that the device was first sold only in the Indian market.
The M6 Pro 5G, which comes out of the box with Android 13-based MIUI 14, has a physical fingerprint scanner on the side, IP53 certification for dust and water resistance, and microSD card support expandable up to 1 TB.

- Front Camera: 8MP front camera with f/2.0 aperture
- Battery: 5000mAh (typical) battery with 18W fast charging
M6 Pro 5G is currently only available in the Indian market. It is not known when it will enter the global smartphone market. However, if we consider that stocks were sold out in 15 minutes within the scope of the first sale, we can expect it to come to global in 2024 at the latest.
